It is a very clean and quiet hotel. Staff knows NO English and just stare at you. Was frustrating!

The hotel is very clean and the rooms are newly renovated. Hotel breakfast was very good, and the tuktuk service was amazing since the walk to the main road is quite long (and a little bit sketchy). The staff at this hotel had such great customer service, from housekeeping all the way to front desk. There was one time the fire alarm randomly went off in the middle of the night, but the staff were quick to act and it never sounded again. All in all, I would totally stay here again!

The service was great and location convenient with 7/11 store nearby. It was also near Chitlom BTS making going places very easy.
