"Fantastic service, immaculate, and an excellent staff!"

"We were not allowed to stay at the hotel on because of facility issues with heating systems either for not having enough staff or due to off season conditions and end of season. The beach, outdoor pool, soccer field looked great. They moved us to Joli Park Hotel in the city but that was just to sleep for the night and their pool was non functional either. They are keeping their property available in Expedia while they were not open for the season just to move the guest in the other hotels in...

"Abbiamo trascorso una bellissima settimana in questa struttura, a soli 10 minuti da Lecce e in una posizione strategica per raggiungere tutti i principali posti turistici (Gallipoli, Lecce, Torre dell’Orso ecc). "the apartment was very clean, spacious, modern and comfortable. A kitchenette forms part of the apartment. Massimo the owner, was very friendly and helpful. The apartment is only a few minutes walk from the historical centre. The only downside that we were at the second floor and there is no lift. A big plus Massimo's father runs the shop next door to the apartments and he is there from very early in the morning till late in the evening. "

"We booked very late on the day of our stay but managed to find this very reasonably priced room. Room was a bit on the small side but very well presented, really nice sheets, proper hotel towels, super shower and all very clean. Bed (and pillows) very comfy, although again, a bit in the small side. Good value for money and in a good location, easily accessible to the old town. "

"Impressionné par le service et le personnel très attentionné de cet excellent hôtel. Gerardo, de la réception, m'attendait avec ma chemise lavée et repassée à minuit, debout à l'entrée de l'hôtel !!!!! Wow !!!!! Le jardin, le restaurant, la terrasse, la piscine (avec plusieurs jacuzzis) sont tellement bien entretenus que tout paraît neuf. Le restaurant offre des plats de très belle facture. Ma chambre (Nido) était pleine d'attentions personnalisées, chose que j'apprécie beaucoup. La literie de...

"La struttura di bello ha le camere. Ristrutturate , fresche e con un ottimo impianto di condizionamento. Pulizia giornaliera fatta bene. La cosa assolutamente inesistente e a mio parere improponibile è la colazione. Non esiste praticamente. Ci si accinge al banco di un bar a piano terra dove non c'è praticamente nulla di esposto se non 2 pasticciotti e 2 brioche di numero. Certo , ti dicono di ordinare quello che vuoi....ma cosa ? Non esiste un minimo di menù scritto magari con 2 proposte....
