Menlo Park Beach Resorts from RM400

"Room was clean, pillows were almost too soft. Website advertised restaurant on-site which was why we chose it, come to find out no restaurant which was disappointing. "

"The large rooms were well equipped with coffee, microwave and fridge, 2 televisions and lotions and soap. It was clean and the buffet breakfast was great. The staff was wonderful and parking easy.I had 2 problems, the shampoo bottle was empty, small issue , and the room was so freezing cold I could not sleep even with the extra blanket and sleeping in my wool sweater and there is no way for guests to control the thermostat even though the sign gives directions . I would give it a 4 out of 5 if it weren’t for the cold room but if I pay that much for a comfortable room to sleep and that’s all I am there for, to sleep, and it is so cold I can’t sleep the hotel gets a 1 out of 5."

"Liked that they provided a free shuttle..7 minutes from airport. The property is a little rundown but clean. Wi-fi was out and told later at area where check in was that it’s back on. Went back to room and still not on for the rest of the night. Also called for a wake up call and never got it. "

"Nice employees, very helpful and kind. This was the loudest room ever and we were on a high floor! We could hear the trucks outside and the planes. The air conditioning seemed to turn on over 30-40 minutes. We arrived late, and had to leave relatively early. We needed sleep and didn’t get it. "
