"The sink had no plumbing traps, so it smelled like a sewer if you hadn't used the sink for a while. The lock to the door was really hard to both lock and unlock. I stayed in two different rooms, one didn't have the possibility to lock the bathroom. No restaurant within walking distance and no possibility to make your own food except for a water boiler. Really low level of sounds proofing. The staff was really friendly and helpful though 😊"

"The hotel is situated on dirt roads and is close to nothing. The rooms had dead bugs and it seemed unkept. Our reservation included free airport pickup and free breakfast. "Slightly confusing entrance as the hotel is currently under renovation, and fewer rooms were available with the construction works (we were told it will be fully open at the start of May). However the restaurant and small pool were both open. The location is outside the main town but it was nice to feel away from that. The garden rooms were spacious and clean. Breakfast was very good. The staff were fantastic; helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. Dinner was delicious, I highly recommend the fillet steak with mushroom sauce! I’d definitely come back here if I were ever in Maun again, especially after the renovation. "

"My second stay at Three Tree hotel - after my safari. Again, the hotel was superb and provided excellent value for money. Room was very clean and all the amenities - fridge, hot water, and air conditioning fine. Restaurant food and staff were really good - I had dinner and breakfast. Hotel felt safe to stay. Hotel arranged my airport taxi. Hotel is not far from Maun airport."
