"the Breakfast was great! a variety of eggs, meat, pastries and other things. The kitchen area was tidy and well stocked with lots of options. The rest of the hotel however was a bit outdated. Elevator had a bad smell, carpets in hallway and rooms were excessively dirty. Room was decent size, but the A/C unit kept making terrible noises all night and our bathrooms showerhead leaked all night. Beds were OK and the sheets seemed pretty clean. The worst part was the neighborhood (ghetto). ...

"The hotel itself is near a sketchy area, would recommend to uber there if you can.
Other than that, the hotel is amazing. All staff were helpful and accommodating. We managed to check in early for a fee, but it was worth it and the room was clean and looked exactly like the pictures. Hotel felt safe and the parking garage was also locked and only accessible to hotel guests."

"Our room was cleaned every day we were here and yet they never left shampoo or conditioner. When I asked the front desk if they had any, he said it was in the room (it was obviously not). On the last night, when I came back from my day out, my door was slightly ajar. I assume the cleaning staff thought the locked latched and it was accidentally left open. Nothing was touched, but with my door being on the ground level in a bad part of town, I was worried someone had broken in. The room itself...

"Check in and out was pretty easy and straightforward. It’s a private property and always had a security guard at the door. It’s walking distances from convenience stores, which was very nice."

"They were launching their new booking system. It was a mess. It took us 1 hour to check in. The person next to us checked in and later returned to the front desk because the room they were assigned was already occupied. A huge mess and very little help. I recommend calling ahead or expect delays if you are traveling in the coming days, as they're still getting settled with their new system."
