"Parking was easy and secure. We missed having breakfast. At the present time, proprietors are only able to provide coffee & recommended a local bakery where we purchased delicious scones. I would advise older adults with mobility issues to try to book carriage as Eliza room and other rooms in house required climbing long staircase. Fortunately Ben, one of proprietors, offer to carry our luggage. Overall it was a positive experience. "

"So free parking at a downtown adjacent property is already a win. The hotel is immaculately clean. It's an old property and I don't know what the architects were on when they were concocting it, but they make it work. Highly recommended though"

"The sofa in the room was old. We didn't even want to sit on it and didn't. I've seen better at Goodwill. Needs update on sofa and replace carpet with flooring. Panel on a/c unit hanging off. I saw more dogs than people,HUGE ones. Some rooms should exclude pets. You can't get rid of the smell. The bed was comfortable was the best of the stay. I won't go back."

"I’ve stayed here a few other times & the beds are usually comfortable but this time it definitely wasn’t. Also the toilet was very low & the showerhead needs to be a rain type shower not just one small shower head."

"Only significant complaint is that we requested that our room be cleaned each day and were assured it would be but in each day we had to catch the housekeeper and ask her to attend to our room. Front desk failed to put us on the list despite promises to do so."

"We did not have breakfast there, the room was poorly cleaned the bathroom towel shelf was dusty, the carpet was dated and the bedding on the bed was not up to par the comforter had a stain. I'm glad I had disposable linen. The towels however appeared to be new. The staff was very professional and nice, this made up for a lot of the flaws sited in the hotel "

"The breakfast menu looked great however we were there on a weekend when the time for breakfast was at 7 and we were in a volleyball tournament and had to be at the tournament at 7. Parking was great. The room was always clean. We enjoyed our stay! "
