"We stayed here during a weekend trip to a Mariner's game. The location is great. We wanted to avoid downtown Seattle, but also stay in proximity where it wouldn't cost us an arm and a leg in taxi or Uber. Round trip to the stadium cost us about $100 with Yellow Cab and we felt this was well worth the peace of mind. The heat in our room wouldn't get above 75, but when we asked hotel front desk for an extra blanket they happily delivered one to our room. The pre-stocked amenities in the room weren't enough for two for a weekend, but again, they obliged and had extras delivered to the room once more. The plug in our bathroom sink stuck at one point, but not a huge issue once we got it back open, however, to my surprise, there wasn't a single grab bar in the shower. To most this seems like a non issue, but in combination with a slippery, soapy shower floor, it can be a recipe for disaster especially for children or others with mild mobility issues. Overall I'd say this was one of the most appealing hotel we've stayed at and would come here again. Anyone with kiddos should take them adjacent to the Bubble Planet and the proximity to H Mart market was also convenient. The elevator requires a scan of your room key before it becomes operational, which was new to us and wasn't explained at check-in, so imagine how silly we felt hopping from one elevator to the next trying to make them work. In their defense, there is a small, rather hard to read placard that says what to do. 10/10."

"The parking is valet only $50 per day or you can self-park in the garage next door for $30 per day. They offer in-room dining, and a $39 breakfast buffet. We spent $400 for one room a night for family of 4. For this price, they didn’t have much amenities. No pool but a 24hr gym. The carpet in the room was noticeably dirty. The table tops were also stained. Bathroom could have been cleaner as there were still hairs on the ground and shower. My biggest complaint was the pillows smelled so awful and had stains on them. It was our first time and will be our last time at an IHG property."

"We went down for breakfast at 8:45, and there were no eggs or potatoes left. I got in line to make myself a waffle, but a woman walked up wanting to make hers; I told her it was my turn, and she got upset and threw the ladle down. She stormed off in a rage."

"Our first time staying here overnight and absolutely felt like we made the best choice possible! From check-in to check-out all staff was very hospitable and kind. The amenities were excellent! We loved that despite a minimal amount of pool accessories to use, that there was even any to use for free! The room was very spacious, fridge was a bonus and microwave on another floor was a perk! The beds were comfortable and the pillows in various options were awesome! Shower head in the room bathroom was great! Felt luxurious! Didn’t use the freebies but everything looked clean! The AC was a gem. Oh! And the view was breathtaking! Overall ambiance of the entire hotel was spectacular! We’ll be back!"
