Hotel Dekat Taman Luncur Infiniti Bandar Raya Bay

"This place was very relaxing and well maintained...will recommend to others ."

"Was just okay, had to request several time for clean towels and room to be cleaned. Also had to change rooms due to clogged bathtub."

"The room was basic and overpriced and the staff didn’t seem to like being bothered. They were very short and seemed unhappy. But the shower had amazing water pressure so they made up for it with that!!"

"Breakfast not very good"

"The pool was closed when we went. I got an email the morning of check-in saying that it closed that morning but my husband said it looked like it had been down for a while. If I had known the pool was down, I probably would have booked elsewhere. The room was great - there were 5 of us on the 2nd night and we had room for all of us (2 bedroom suite). The outside door would not work with our keys at all. The beds were quite uncomfortable. But everything else was great! Oh! The shower...

"Hotel room was clean however we got strong marijuana smell coming in from the bathroom vent which eventually filled the room. Breakfast/service was very questionable"

"What a fun stay! The bar crew was amazing - front desk super helpful. Rooms were remodeled and clean, patio was messy and the screen was broken so it was unusable."

"Very nice hotel. Friendly staff."

"Hotel in a good location by the college but no continental breakfast"

"It was disappointing that there was no hairdryer in the room and not enough towels and wash cloths."

"Reasonably priced. Love the pool. Looks like some new carpets..nice to see. Close to groceries and restaurants. Only downer was the breakfast wasnt fresh."

"Room was clean and soundproof. Very quiet, comfortable bed, will definitely stay again!"

"With the wooden doors to the room, it would easily be possible to kick it open. Unfortunately, there is no safety latch inside the room to stop/slow down entry by anyone not welcome into the room. Recommend some safety latches be installed. Other than that, I found the room to be sufficient for my needs and the area was actually quiet."
