"The hotel property was generally well kept. The room had the basics and was clean. There were no surprises. This property isn't fancy. Rather, it provides a good experience at a price point that few hotels in the area can compete with. "

"We love this hotel for the separate rooms, the friendly staff and the closeness to the event center, but it could definitely use some upgrades and a tad more cleaning. The windows were visibly dirty and the window shades had old stains on them. For king size beds, they provide small pillows and the bath towels are incredibly slow. We also had a rough first night with the family staying above us - the walls/ceilings are incredibly thin, and it sounded like a party above us late into the night with all of the stomping. "

"Great hotel. The hotel was very clean, spacious, and centrally located to numerous shops and restaurants. It’s also conveniently located close to the expressway so traveling to other destinations was a breeze. The hotel also offered free parking and an excellent continental breaks that includes omelets, hash browns, sausage, and delicious coffee. "

"The staff was very polite. But when i got in my first room, I pulled the top blanket down so i could lay down and there was dog hair all over the second blanket. I went to the office and they offered me another room. The second room had human hair in the beds, however I was very tired from the 3 hour drive so I settled. When when I went to use the restroom the door on the inside was very soft at the bottom and coming apart from water damage. The floor as well. The bathroom counter had a couple strands of hair as well. I understand that this is a cheaper motel, however the cleanliness is very poor. I myself work at a hotel (keeping in mind is a much nicer hotel) and this would NEVER be accessible. When I checked out I asked to speak with a supervisor, her response to my complaints on the rooms and hair in the beds was, " Im very sorry but hair just sticks to the blankets and sheets. And the hair in the restroom was just an accident." She didnt offer a discount on another stay or any money in return. At the end of the day, if you need a fast stay, this would be ok. I will not be staying here ever again. "

"The room was very clean, check in/ out was a breeze, very nice staff, breakfast was wonderful "

"Everything was great until check out. I did ask if I could have an extra 30 minutes which they said yes but then, unfortunately, the elevators were not working and we were on the second floor. We had a bunch of stuff that would’ve taken all of it on one cart, but we had to make multiple trips down the stairs, and it took about an extra hour although we did not get charged because they already checked us out I was hoping for some kind of compensation or credit because of the inconvenience of having to take all of our stuff downstairs multiple times to the car "

"Improvement on staff, cleaner rooms and amenities. Staff wasn’t there in the lobby when I tried checking in around 3:30pm. There was no way to get in contact with anyone. I tried calling but the phone is in the lobby and no one was there to pick it up. Mini fridge in the room wasn’t working. The counter wasn’t wiped down. You can see cup rings on it. The shower floor creaked anytime I moved in the shower."
