"Great location on Cocoa Beach. Size of the rental was perfect. Loved having a full kitchen to avoid having to eat all meals out. "

"Very comfortable and large room. The location is great as its just a few steps to the beach. The hotel was very quiet. The breakfast was more than sufficient but is usually the same food choice each day. The only negative was that the rooms don't have mini refrigerators which is difficult for travelers. The only ice machine was located in another building which was inconvenient. Mini refrigerators are less than $100 and would be a great amenity."

"Great location for the air show! Love the Tiki envoronment. Very few restruants within walking distance. Brunch was ok. But the cooked-fresh menu was SO much better. 2 specific items of note: * You pay for the Gelato before getting it. A VERY simple sign above the gelato would save a LOT of aggrevation. There was an "over-served" customer that had heated words with the staff. Once a manager got involved, the staff were giggling/Laughing about the customer. BAD LOOK. * The kitchen...

"Had an excellent stay. Definitely more of a family with kids kinda place, so keep that in mind. Service was perfect and staff were very friendly. Trash in the common areas should be cleaned more often, but not outrageous. Restaurant and bars were great. Walk to the beach was short and a good location. Can walk to the pier. Pool was a bit crowded during the day and a bit cold at night, but usable. Overall highly recommend this hotel."

"Booked a standard room for 2 adults & 2 teens. Next time will book a larger room. The pool area was more than expected as well as the outdoor bar, game area & on Saturday night they had a DJ which was fun! The staff was amazing. We will definitely book again. "

"This is the worst place I have ever stayed. You can’t make the level of nasty up. The sheets were not changed, the pillow cases were stained and not changed. There was hair and oils annd what looked like boogers all over the back boards of the bed. The smell of mold was unbearable. There was literally throw up stains on the bed skirt on the bed. The mirror and and bathroom room were still dirty. No services were down. I checked out immediately after I checked in and was not offered...

"We booked this place based on all the raving reviews and looked like a nice place to stay for our families spring break trip. Check in was typical. Upon entering the room however we were disappointed. The room was smaller than expected but doable. But the smell and overall cleanliness of the room was horrid. Whatever cleaner they use has an overwhelming scent that made the room smell like a floral scented garbage bag. There was dust on everything, walls, ceiling fan blades, trim, art work, bed...

"On the reservation it says parking is $15 but at the hotel they charged me $18. Also, that’s a rip off to charge for small water bottle $3. For the price we payed for 1 night here this is way overpriced for what it offers. Will choose to stay somewhere else next time. "

Got back at 3:55 she said room not ready I said ok will it be at 4 which is check in time she said don't know we are busy. I was not happy we did get in our room at 4:20 Room was nice ocean view but was disappointed that there was poop on the tilt and fridge had some red stuff in it that spilled and microwave was not cleaned "
