"The rooms were comfy as well as the staff were friendly. Parking was a issue as well as the restaurants didn't have many veg options "

"The stay was generally okay, but a few issues affected our experience. There was construction on the hotel building starting from our first day, and the noise was extremely loud and disruptive. In addition, the shared bathroom (used by two rooms) was out of service on our second day. The maintenance team took too long to fix it, which forced us to leave the hotel in the morning without being able to use the bathroom. We had to start our day and find a coffee shop just to use a toilet. These issues made the stay less comfortable than expected."

"The balcony doors were not very clean. Lots of dust. The bathroom sink was very small and kept clogging as a result. The lighting in the bathroom was so poor. We stayed another night a few days ago at the same hotel and the room we were given at that time was so much better for the same price. The quality of the rooms was so inconsistent for the same price. It’s unacceptable."

"Check in staff were great. Room was a bit dated but they are in the process of renovating rooms. Couldn’t ask for a better location. Walkable to the cruise terminal and waterfront. The restaurant food was awesome and Linda our server was amazing and friendly. "

"The area was perfect for us during our stay. Only a 12 min walk to amenities and Skytrain. The room was well stocked. The staff who helped me was super friendly and saved my phone that I left on the counter until I went back to get it. Parking was easily accessible in both front and back of the property. Only thing, was the lighting was not super bright, although it was conveniently beside bedside with plug-in’s. Would stay again :) "
