"I would say the staff goes above and beyond when it comes to accommodating your needs. They made our stay worth while. The hotel is walking distance to a lot of eats. The breakfast buffet gets pretty busy. I would shoot for going as soon as they open as it gets crowded and a little chaotic."

"Great hotel. Lots of improvements going on ariund the htoel area, shops etc. We were on the 22nd floor, loved it! Good for walking, if you like to do a lot. However, a taxi (DiDi) is so easy to book, really cheap and quick to arrive. Only took 20 minutes to the Hongya Cave area. Close to the piers for cruising."
