"This is a very convenient, well-run property near the airport that offers frequent (complimentary) shuttle service to/from the airport. The front desk and restaurant staff are extremely attentive. Having stayed at a few Holiday Inn-hotels in the past (Cancun, Montreal, USA) I have to say this was the best experience we've ever had with the brand. The hotel is set up to offer everything a traveller might need when for overnight connections and longer stays, though a bit far from Shanghai city to explore if time is a concern. The breakfast is varied, offering both Asian and Western fare, plenty of coffee and healthy options. Recommended."

"The room was nice/clean enough and the staff was very friendly but we had a language barrier since we are American. A young lobby staff named a John helped us communicate, he is Chinese who studied English. It was extremely disappointing they would not give us a ride back to the airport when your website clearly states “free airport shuttle” ..we had to pay a lot for a taxi. And have to mention the Hotel bus is inexcusably filthy. When we were picked up at the airport and taken to the hotel we were quite disturbed by the trash on the bus floor and in seats "
