"We booked several hotels for our stay in Dubai and used this hotel for the last night, booked 2 rooms but when we arrived for check in apparently only 1 was showing on their system. I then had to evidence my reservation so another room was booked for me. That wasnt pleasant. It wasn't a warm welcome or check in. Staff were professional but not friendly or nice so on that basis I didnt feel excited. I had to ask about events & facilities as this wasnt mentioned to me. I found that extremely odd...

"What i liked: The hotel itself offers a fantastic experience. The service is excellent, and the check-in and check-out processes were completely smooth despite the hotel being crowded. Cleanliness is top-notch, and the food options across the property are amazing. ​What i didn't like: The water park experience was awful and completely overshadowed our stay. It is heavily overpriced, which clearly inflates the overall room rates. It is marketed for kids, but they refuse to accommodate basic...

"Front desk counter receptionists were friendly. The room is clean, but indoor slipper not provided, tooth brush and toothpaste are not provided too. The location is far, if want to take metro, about 12-15 minutes walk from the property to the Al-Jadaf Metra Station. Breakfast provided variety of choices, and crowded. "

"The staff were all lovely. We arrived and our room wasn't ready, we were given complimentary access to the lunch buffet while we waited and the food was lovely! We used the pool, and watched the sun set over the city. The room was spacious and the little kitchen would be great for long stays or larger families. Only downside was we heard everything in the room next door, not sure if this is normal or they were just super loud."

"Excellent pool. Room spacious, well lit, super storage, fridge and freezer - easily able to stay for a lengthy period. Metro clise by. An easy 5min walk. Clean."

"Spa What a lovely spa and amazing facilities. The massage was so so so good. I have never experienced a massage so good. It was lovely. The white Company products in the spa showers was great, they smell gorgeous 👌 Staff Staff are so friendly and helpful, helping with many things, never turn you down, they go above and beyond. Pool The pool area is breezy and relaxing 😎 Room size It was worth to upgrade to the bigger room Thank You Hyatt Regency Hotel Dubai Creek Heights"
