Location is perfect; middle of the town center, very close to Alter Platz, with restaurants and a Billa nearby. I would definitely come back and recommend this hotel fully. Only downside was Expedia: I ordered an upgraded room "with breakfast", making it appear as if breakfast was extra. However, all rooms appear to have breakfast.
