"Elevator not running, long wait for the functional one. The hotel staff was a mixed bag. One gentleman very kind and helpful behind the desk, his female peer was mad at the world! We were taking a cruise and stayed here because we would be parking here due to the cruise terminal, not being finished. I think the staff was upset about so many people. The carpet in our room had spots all over it and the bed closest to the air-conditioning had dirt flecks all over it. The restaurant staff were...

"I have never met a more disrespectful staff. Every time we asked a question, we were met with indifference and even worse, rudeness. The hotel description states rollaway beds are available, but we could not find anyone behind the desk who would take the time to help us. We had called about this matter a few times before arrival and then once we checked in. Fortunately, one of the shuttle drivers overheard our conversation and went out of his way to solve our problem. (He got us a rollaway bed.)...

"Best part of this hotel is the staff (shout out to T and Sam!!!) and the cleanliness of the facilities. Rooms are so comfy and great layout. Bummer is that I REALLY need decent coffee at my hotels, and this place had no consumable caffeinated coffee onsite!! The in-room coffee maker only had decaf pods (the entire hotel was out -- shout out to the front desk woman who found me one regular pod) and the brew at breakfast was coffee flavored water. "Front desk Staff didn’t even smile and no greeting nor enthusiasm. Just felt like doing their duty. Quoted crazy price hike, 3x the price when we asked for a nights stay. The highlight is the location of the Inn."

Crud, dirt in corners of old tile floors (replace). Needs a Bathfitters insert tub. It did have a big brand new TV $375 for 4 nights Under renovation old motel, MacIntosh Inn, to franchise chain Red Roof Inn. About 80% complete."

"The room was spacious. Served our needs. They're working on modernizing. Room had some of that but needed more light. Hallway carpet needs replacing as smelled heavily of cigar. Was worth what we spent to get off the road for the evening and gentleman at the desk was friendly."

"It wasnt that bad. I enjoyed my stay. I mean there were some loud people outside sometimes but that wasn't the hotel so no harm no foul. The bed was fine. The shower was nice. No mini fridge or microwave.. nice stay to be away."
