"It was self check-in. Requested me to use the confirmation number or name or phone number. I tried but all failed. For my name, it includes "-"; however, the input system has no "-" for input. For phone number, as the foreigner, I tried my phone number, but the system continued to say "Found no reservation." For the confirmation number, Hotels.com only sent me the Hotels.com itinerary, while Kariyushi only sent me the assess code of the front gate. How can I check in?

"The rooms are big. The bathroom is also very big. The spacious shower is enjoyable to use. The toilet room is well designed and quiet.
The view from the upper floors of this hotel is excellent. The Ryukyu bank building is across from the hotel, so the upper floors can see over the bank towards the port. However I think even the lower floors have views of the Kumoji and Kokuba rivers.
The room is quiet, except you may hear ambulances and motorcycles with modified mufflers on hwy 58. But that's a problem for hotels all over central Naha. The police seem to ignore the problem, which is a disgrace to the city.
The buffet is excellent with views from almost every table. The hotel location is perfect for the yui rail and taxis and you feel you are close to the water. Some people may prefer a location more central to Kokusaidori and the markets, but for me this location is preferable. Kokusaidori is too noisy. This location is more convenient for getting to the port ferries and the beach. Taxis are cheap and efficient.

"Fruits, vegetables, breakfast foods, lunch/dinner options as well. Large comfortable bed. Onoyama Park is right across the river where I ran every other day before doing my tourist things. Family Mart, 7/11, and Don Quijote close by. Yui Rail is right next to the hotel and comes by frequently. The nonhotel parking lot is next door and cheap rates."
"The best hotel we had on this trip, we didn’t even know construction was happening as it was so quiet and clean it didn’t seem like anything was being constructed but apparently it was"
"Great location, easy walk to everything. Lawson, 11/7 and family Mart are just steps away. Walkable to the popular beach. Monorail and shopping street is just nearby. Staff are welcoming. Public bath is a plus which my husband enjoys so much. Only one thing I wish it could be better is the breakfast. But with what I paid for, I am very happy with my stay overall. Thank you."
