"Was more than comfortable. Very much enjoyed drinks and dinner in the restaurant as well. Fantastic staff all around!"

"This is my second time staying at this motel. Everything was great, check in went smoothly and quickly. The shower head is made for someone taller (I'm not that thin and felt like I had to run around in the shower to get wet) but otherwise the amenities were good for a motel. For some reason the road noise seemed really loud this time--might recommend bringing earplugs. Other than that, I'd definitely stay here again."

"Room was very spacious and clean, staff were nice, the pool is nice but it’s too humid to the point me and my guests couldn’t stay in there longer than 10 minutes, the view in the suite was very pretty, it has good lighting all around and a nice little kitchen that comes with everything you would need to cook a meal, would for sure come back and get this same room, one of the only hotels with a suite that is worth the price!"

"All the staff I encountered were really great--super cool and conversational, but the room was a real disappointment. I walked through the door and walked into a wall of stench. It smelled like wet dogs had vacationed in the room. I usually sleep like a rock, but the stink kept me awake for a while. The shower was also not clean. "

"The room was clean, they have underground parking and the staff there are amazingly helpful and friendly!! I’ve stayed there a few times whenever I go to concerts at the Moda Center. Plus, Red Robin is right across the street from the Quality Inn, so it’s really convenient!!"

"Horrible. Really bad location, witnessed a drug deal happen right in front of my room door. There are hidden cost such as a parking fee and the owners seem shady. Room was fine but very little offered for the cost. Didn't seem too dirty but also wasn't clean. Felt unsafe and left early, did not even stay the night"

"There was a lot of lobby noise with 40 plus 4th and 5th graders running around. Unusual that they would be allowed to make so much commotion in the lobby both the evening we arrived the n the next morning when we left. Also attended an event and wanted to inquire about heels I accidentally left at event. The attendant was very unfriendly and unhelpful. I asked for the manager and he was great and was able to locate and return my heels."

"This is great value for the money and near everything with, best of all, an attentive ownership unlike the human-less conveyer belt at supposedly better hotels. There is parking for a small fee unlike most downtown hotels, and it's the best of the ones that do. "

"Excellent location, rooms were CLEAN, quiet and comfortable. Modern built-in shades provided total room darkness, A/C was adjustable to allow maintaining proper temperature, was able to sleep comfortably despite the typical hotel heavy duvet covers. Room decor was a bit on the modern/austere side, but it was obvious that this enhanced cleanliness and was appreciated. My only minimal complaint was the flow-restricted "rain" shower head, which I feel makes it hard to clean and rinse throughly. I...

"One of my favorite (pet-friendly) hotels in Portland! Staff is always helpful, beds are comfy, and location is convenient to everything downtown, including transit."
