"Room was clean and a good size. It was missing a bathroom fan which was odd. The staff were fantastic! Helpful, welcoming and kind. Case in point, I mentioned it was my wife’s birthday while we were here and they brought her a tray of chocolate covered strawberries with some Perrier water and 2 complimentary drinks at the hotel bar. "When I went to check in; we were told our time for breakfast was at 6:00 am for single adults; told him I am on holidays & I will not be getting up at that time; he stated families time slot is from 7:00 am to 9:00 am; not impressed!! Never have I been told a time slot for breakfast; really?? Also, there was two of us; we were only given two large towels; two hand towels & two face clothes; I use 2 large towels for my hair & body!! And the big was so high to get up onto!! "Was a very quick stay, as our flight was cancelled and we needed a room for the night! Lovely young woman checked us in. We hadn't eaten much as our flight was diverted, and then they made us sit on the plane for 3 hours before cancelling flight. There was juice, and yogurt, and muffins at the Inn which was just perfect! Our room was enormous with an upstairs bedroom, and a kitchen 2 bathrooms, etc. We didn't really have time to see the property as we got there late, and left early. Hsd...

"On the Halifax board walk, the property was updates, beds comfortable and bathrooms updated. We had the conceirge service and breakfast was great! There is some construction around the property and when complete it will be easier getting to propertyfrom waterfront"
