"We’re not “all inclusive” type people and prefer to have a kitchen to prepare food, so Kamkat was great. It was also not close in to the “inclusive” path of hotels lined end to end on the beach. Food stores were not so close (lots of souvenir shops mostly). But was found many options north of D400 that were walkable. If you’re visiting Goynuk and want a small, simple, beautiful Turkish garden to stay in - Kamkat is it! Our host was gracious, helpful, and served us tea and homemade stuffed grape...

"This hotel surprised us with how brilliant it was. I'm always sceptical of all-inclusive food options - but here, the food was amazing! such good quality and a huge, varied selection. There's a 24hr steak-house and patisserie too if the main restaurant isn't enough! The entertainment at night was brilliant too. Highly recommend and we spent 3 brilliant days/nights here."

While we appreciated aspects like the prompt room service, the relaxing spa, and the friendly woman making snacks on the beach, several factors kept the experience from being excellent. The biggest challenge was the food. The options were very limited and seemed exclusively designed for a Slavic palate, which may not suit all international travelers. "I would stay here again, we stayed for my sons birthday, messaged hotel befpre hand and were told on arrival all would be fine, we arrived, reception were rude, especially manageress, she wasnt helpful, the hotel is dated, and the family room we booked and paid for had room just for bed, no room to actually walk to the other side of the room. The bathroom was incredibly small while washing your face you hit the shower, when opening the shower door you hit the sink, and when using the toilet your knees hit the sink. If the bathroom was bigger then the hotel would be great. "
