"Check in was extremely slow. Each group ahead of us took 15 minutes each. We only booked this hotel due to it having a kitchen. The pictures include a 2 burner induction stove top. The room had cabinets and draws but not 1 utensil, pot, pan, plate, bowl or anything to cook or eat with. Was told but the front desk that this is because they have no way to sanitize. The listing for the hotel is very misleading. My 1 night stay should be refunded."

"I was here for a short stay but the room was great! Easy to find, easy to park, felt like there were some amenities I didn’t have the time to utilize, downstairs lobby had lovely social areas but I had an early departure so I did not make use of them. Very comfy bed."

"When we booked it was breakfast included. Front desk forgot to give us vouchers. We didn’t get breakfast. In the room, the body wash was empty. Only realized it after I got in the shower. Those two things were disappointing but our overall stay was very pleasant."

I called the front desk after making a reservation online to inquire about transportation options. The person I spoke to was not at all helpful. I ended up fending for myself. "Well the stay didn’t really start off on the right foot with the smoke detector chirping within five seconds of entering our room which was promptly handled. However problems started piling on after that. Open window with no screen on the window leading to several wasps in our room, light fixture in the ceiling missing, no hair dryer (also missing and when requested they said they had no spares), and TWO towels for FOUR people. When asked for additional towels was literally snickered at because...

"Well it’s a cheap dump. It was quiet however the window didn’t have a screen so the mosquitoes wanted to come in- had to close the window. This place is cheap- location is safe - no real amenities- if you want a blow dryer go get one from the front desk. I don’t believe I would ever stay here again- it was a place to crash while traveling around Alaska"
