It’s above and beyond, aside from that the staff at the counter greeted us warmly and made us feel very welcomed. The porch was grand, and so was the hotel lobby. Room was nice although the carpet was a little dirty. After visiting Conrad in Shanghai I do feel this is a much better hotel to be staying at! Thanks Conrad Beijing! Highly recommend! "
