"Everything was great besides the check in Lady was not helpful and I waited 15 minutes because she wanted to chat it up with others instead of doing her job and when asking her if anyone else could help me she was rude - she also didn’t want to follow my request for additional items and charged a holding fee 2 x and kept saying it’s mmm wasn’t there until I showed her my bank app and then proceeded to say she could not give me a key until bank authorizes the hold. Turk 30 minutes to get my room I was registered for and did all the online early check-ins. "

"We booked our hotel with Expedia. When I registered for the room I clicked the option to pay at facility. They ran my card for the price I was given prior to checking in. When we arrived at the facility around 10PM, I went into the lobby to get us checked in. The front desk attendant, Gary, was rude from the time I walked in the door. He asked for my name and before I could get my full name out he was asking for my ID. I provided him with my ID.Then he asked for my signature and payment. I explained to him that I already paid and showed him on my phone. He said that payment was just to hold the room and we had to pay an additional fee (of the same price that was already taken from my bank account). When I started asking questions about the additional fees, he became angry, rude, and quite frankly, just down right disrespectful. Then he said we had to pay $100 incidental fee. I explained to him that I asked several times if there were going to be any additional fees or deposits and was told no. I don't like to show up and have unexpected fees. I asked if he would accept cash for the incidental fee and he said yes. At this point I was trying to get a recap of all these fees that have accumulated. I stead of answering my questions, he became agitated and more disrespectful. My husband told him to to watch his tone when speaking to us. Gary didn't like that and told us to leave the hotel property. As we were leaving he was still insulting us."

"Clean, comfortable room, great water pressure in the shower, great breakfast, very kind and helpful staff and an amazing location. "

"I didn't stay. Prepaid for reservation. Given first key to room that hadn't been cleaned. Given a second key to a room that had someone staying in it. Couldn't stay as they had no clean rooms ready. Asked for refund and was told they couldn't give me all of my refund. Asked for a receipt and was told I couldn't get a receipt. Worst personal experience in all of my travels. Had to go to a Holiday Inn Express down the street and pay for a much higher rate for my two nights. I won't give up on Hotel 6 but I will never stay at the Huntsville site ever again. Expedia needs a better review of offerings before they add a hotel to their list. I need Expedia to help me get all of my money returned to me."
