"Overall the staying was ok. The big issue I found was on the Food and Beverage department. Went to the lobby/bar and waited for 10-15 minutes and nobody showed up. I found out later by asking that the bar was on the terrace. Went to the bar at the 7th level. Waited for another 15’ and nobody showed up either. "This is a very cool hotel in a building built circa 1550, and some of the original frescoes remain. Inside, the rooms have been nicely renovated with a mid-century modern theme (the bathrooms are in a current style). The location in the historic city is very good, but finding the hotel that first time can be a challenge (my GPS pretty much had me walking in circles until I just used it as a map). The breakfast is very good and the hotels amenities-although limited-are nice."

"Soluzione vicina alla stazione Brignole e un parcheggio privato (di cui non ho usufruito). La camera l'abbiamo trovata pulita e in ordine. Personale gentile che ci ha concesso di lasciare i bagagli anche se arrivati con un ora di anticipo e disponibili a rispondere domande tramite Whatsapp, ci hanno offerto anche due bottigliette d'acqua visto il caldo di quei giorni. La zona è molto fornita con vari negozi e bar/ristoranti vicini. A soli 20 minuti a piedi dal Porto Antico."

"We had a lovely stay at HNN. We were given a warm welcome & everything was clearly explained. The room was very clean with air con & complimentary hot drink tray. Also a mini bar which was charged for. The beds were comfy & although there was a bit of traffic noise in the evening, it was quieter in the night & we all slept well. Breakfast was continental, with a good range of breads, pastries, cheese, jam, yogurts & fruits. They had some pre packaged gluten free items for my coeliac husband...

"The room was nice and clean and the location was perfect, walking distance to many restaurants and in the middle of the old city. Parking was a little far, only 10 minute walk but not ideal when you have luggage, but at least they give you parking options and a discount which was appreciated. Service was very good. I would stay here again."

"Die Betreiberin des Bed and Breakfast ist eine sehr nette und freundliche Italienerin. Sie spricht allerdings kaum Englisch. Doch mit Google Übersetzer kommt man weiter. Das Zimmer mit Bad ist groß und gemütlich. Aus dem Fenster schaut man auf eine Wand, die ca. 2 Meter entfernt ist. Der Vorteil ist, es kann keiner ins Fenster schauen und es kann gut gelüftet werden. Das Bed & Breakfast ist zentral gelegen und alle Sehenswürdigkeiten sind gut zu erreichen."

"It's not a 5Star hotel but has the necessary amenities to make your stay pleasant. Hotel is centrally located, very walkable area. Parking is only a couple of blocks walking so great if you're driving. Staff was great and gave us recommendations to where to visit, eat, etc. Great value... "
