"The shower had a loose faucet and the shower head was slightly clogged up.
The tv is very outdated and the controller was not working consistently.
Breakfast was okay. Not many options, but there is a waffle station which was great.
Overall its an old building and it shows. It was clean and provided a place to sleep."

"Super easy check-in with friendly staff. The washrooms and showers were clean, though there were a few hairs on the bedding. Really nice to have a complimentary breakfast of toast and cereal available in the morning. The area also felt safe and was close to the subway. Overall, it was good for a quick stay. I would stay again."

"Staff at desk was very friendly & helpful. The room was very spacious and clean.. great bed & pillows. It’s in a lovely quiet neighbourhood. Only downside is, we arrived by train and love to walk, so it’s a 45 minute walk to get there, which is no problem, but you walk through a not so nice area on Church St. to get there, where people let their dogs poop on the sidewalks and don’t bother picking it up, and there are a lot of homeless people laying by the sidewalks and they also use it for a...

"the unit i stayed at the 10th floor is extremely cold in the room. when I checked in, I was surprised to see staff already in my unit changing the heater, they are very nice. however, the whole unit still feels cold.
furthermore, I have booked the exact same room type for all my stays in this hotel but the staff on the 28th of December claimed that the room that I booked for the 29th is a lower tier without kitchen. He then proceeded to claim that he will upgrade for me to the room with kitchen...

"Points forts:
Très belle chambre, confortable, personnel courtois.
Points faibles:
Longue attente aux ascenseurs.
Alors que nous avions quitté la chambre pour la journée, le ménage n’a été effectué qu’à 17 heures. Nous aurions aimé pouvoir nous changer pour la soirée, mais ça n’a pas été possible."
