"Very very small room extremely crowded for 2 and there is no parking available unless you find a parking on the side street very noisy very old building so nothing for sound control. Could hear the vacuum in the middle of the night running constantly filling up the coffee machine, ice maker, doors opening and closing all night. Very very uncomfortable and unsettled sleep. Had a 2-hour doctor's appointment and was quite exhausted before having to travel 5 and 1/2 hours home. Not worth the price...

"Stayed here in October 2025 on a business trip where I had meetings at the University of Toronto nearby. The property managers were super-responsive via text messaging, including making sure my arrival & check-in/obtaining the room keys went smoothly. Clean, great location right next to U of T, & super walkable with tons of dining nearby. Checkout was easy, and my deposit was returned as promised with no issues. Would stay here again!"

"the unit i stayed at the 10th floor is extremely cold in the room. when I checked in, I was surprised to see staff already in my unit changing the heater, they are very nice. however, the whole unit still feels cold. furthermore, I have booked the exact same room type for all my stays in this hotel but the staff on the 28th of December claimed that the room that I booked for the 29th is a lower tier without kitchen. He then proceeded to claim that he will upgrade for me to the room with kitchen for free for the 29th. This is ridiculous. I have attached my reservation pictures showing it is exactly the same."
