"Easy check in, room was clean just can tell it's an older hotel. Sits behind a gas station and car wash so not the easiest to find. The shower was OMG wonderful ( although it could take paint off a car) Stayed 3 days and they never changed out the towels, had to ask for fresh ones. Was fairly quiet which was nice "

"It was on okay place. There were little issues that needed to be addressed, like a loose bathroom door knob, loose toilet seat, and the shower didn't drain properly. They would only give you one towel per person and you had to take the dirty ones to the front desk to get clean replacements. The continental breakfast was limited to cereal, biscuits and gravy, waffles, yogurt, bananas, and apples. "I received a welcome email that told me check in was available after 2:00pm. I received another email with the access code stating that check in wasn't until 5:00Pm. "The property was very nice and plans to stay again soon. We did not get a chance to explore the beautiful pool due to the constant rain. The only negatives I will share are the elevators are very small and it took time to get to and from our room and the shower rolling door would not stay closed while showering."

"Rooms are very spacious. The amenities are great. The beach access is so convenient especially traveling with kids, easy walk, and very close to the water. The kids loved having the beach and pool so close together. Very clean, and relaxing. We will definitely be coming back. "

"Really cool hotel and casino! Enjoyed our room in the Platinum Tower! Lots of space, small fridge, closet, plenty of towels and toiletries, iron/ironing board, hairdryer, coffee maker, beautiful water view, sofa, 2 beds, beautiful shower, too! Hard Rock Cafe was delicious and The Sugar Factory served a wonderful breakfast special, too! Great new member perk! Has several restaurants on site, also has a Dunkin Donuts and Ben and Jerry’s Ice Cream Shop on site! "
