"This is honestly one of the nastiest hotels I have ever stayed in and i have stayed in some CHEAPPPP hotels. My first room had no ac, and black mold all over the bathroom. Then I got moved and the next room the toilet didn’t even work. The carpets in the hallway are disgusting and the laminate flooring in the rooms is peeling. I never usually complain but I was here for my best friends funeral and it was already a trying time just to be left in the nastiest hotel in Virginia."

"Property is not typical. Looks like it's run as a hostel. Looks lived in and not clean. Overgrown yard and junk everywhere. Two of three beds were uncomfortable. No real access to laundry room machines. Dark, damp, dingy and crowded. Mouse in back porch wood pile. Unusable grill. I was grateful for the whole house and the area. Pet friendly is a bonus. But upkeep was terrible."

"First of all two other members in our party having different rooms both experienced terrible pre-cleansed room service. One had a dog’s feces, still remaining in the room, and the other had inappropriate stained sheets still on the bed matting after a second request to move. It was still not relieved. That is the first night for their experience the second night of my experience, which is actually more troubling. Was that I encountered someone having the ability to use their hotel room card scanned into their phone that there is not a fail safe to remove the security element that they still are granted access to any of the Hilton‘s rooms at two in the morning. I have not checked out yet and I had a lady walk in to my room via her phone nonchalant. No, I don’t need to go into details of what happened because it should never have happened. furthermore I did not even receive an apology phone call from the front desk for the inconvenience and making sure that I was OK. But furthermore, she wasn’t even at the correct hotel building to begin with. Therefore, the security risk and compromised situation of anyone security to their room is completely jeopardized and the whole point of having a privately secured hotel room this goes to Internet or system at firewalls having a lack of security and protocol in place for allowing such a system to have such a failure. If you were to take that example and use it in the worst of examples that could’ve happened or been a scenario it opens up."

"Management did the right thing by granting a full, hassle-free refund at checkout, but this hotel requires a major overhaul. Our stay began with a broken AC, forcing a room transfer at 2:00 AM. The replacement room was in poor repair with broken lighting, and worst of all, the mattress and pillows were heavily and severely stained. Hospitality was severely lacking. A staff member named Carol forced guests out of the atrium common space before posted closing hours so she could leave early (after breakfast), hovering over us so uncomfortably that we left just to avoid a confrontation. Most alarmingly, the elevators are a major safety hazard, violently jarring guests when moving. The county inspection certificates posted inside the elevator cabs are years out of date (one expired in 2021, another in 2024). While l appreciate that the front desk manager took immediate financial accountability, I strongly advise booking elsewhere until local code enforcement and health inspectors review this property."
