Hotel berdekatan Taman Astrid

"I sent an email earlier requesting for early check in because I was travelling with little kids since 4am. Firstly, I didn’t get any response to my request. Secondly, the hotel asked me to pay if I wanted early check in. So unfair. I have had better experiences at other hotels"

"Staff was helpful."

"Booked online and when I arrived there were no rooms available. Was left to find alternative accommodation at 10.30pm as a single female traveller"

"Clean room"

"This was the absolute worst hotel experience of our lives. We booked this accommodation via Expedia for a family weekend but were harassed and scammed on-site. • Catastrophic service: Zero response prior to arrival. Upon check-in, we were intentionally left standing outside locked doors. The owner, Francisco, was highly unprofessional, disrespectful, and reacted to legitimate complaints with offensive gestures. • Financial extortion: Even though the stay was fully paid for in advance, Francisco...

"Good location"

"I had a very pleasant stay of six nights here. The room newly renovated and had all the necessities of a longer stay including a fully equipped kitchenette. The highlight for me was the rain shower with good volume and hot water. The bed mattress was a bit thin and low.The receptionist was very helpful and pleasant. Overall good experience and close to metro. "
