Butrint National Archaeological Park

We ended up staying here unexpectedly for several nights after the A/C went out at our house during the Las Vegas heat, and overall it turned into a really good stay. The staff was consistently friendly and helpful, which made the whole situation a lot easier to deal with. We stayed in a one-bedroom villa and were very happy with it. It was comfortable, had plenty of space, and felt more like a small apartment than a standard hotel room. The amenities were also very nice and gave us a chance to actually enjoy ourselves despite the reason we were there in the first place. What started out as an inconvenient situation ended up being a much more enjoyable stay than we expected. I would definitely consider staying here again, especially for a longer stay where having the extra space and amenities makes a difference.

Good customer service at the front desk, and beautiful view

Our room was cleaned for the first three days, then was left for the last four days. We suspect maybe because we didn’t leave a daily tip, as the whole tipping culture in Vegas is totally out of control. When we come from Australia, where tipping isn’t a thing, this whole concept is ridiculous. The room cleaning is supposed to be included with the room, if cleaning was an added cost, then this should have been made clear to us at the outset, when they asked us if we wanted a daily clean.
