"Very nice hotel. We appreciated the ease with conversing with the staff in English. The restaurant offered a great selection, both with the included breakfast and ala carte dinners. Food was delicious and reasonably priced."

"Personale molto gentile e disponibile."

"Spa rilassante. Ottimi servizi. Piscina esterna fantastica. Colazione molto buona. Tutto perfetto."

"The Grand Hotel Telese looks the part. An old grande dame of a hotel with lovely entrance and great hall. It was good for kids, lovely pool and the receptionist was warm and friendly. The rooms were fine and clean. Dinner let it down badly. There's only one place to eat on site, and no one was around to take our order, despite having booked a time and it being quiet. "Struttura costituita da un antico palazzo sita a Puccianiello frazione di Caserta. Siamo stati accolti dal personale molto gentile e disponibile. Abbiamo alloggiato nella mansarda molto spaziosa e pulita. Colazione ottima con prodotti fatti in casa come marmellata, crostate e torte. Ottima posizione per visitare luoghi e siti di interesse nei dintorni di Caserta. Sicuramente ci ritorneremmo. Consigliatissimo."

"We have arrived late night and did not get a chance to explore, but staff waited for us us until late, made us feel home, and we were pleasantly surprised by the quality of accommodation Next time we shall definitely explore more. Thank you so much for"

Plus the jam jars were on a display shelf not on the table. We had to ask for the pancakes on the 3rd day.plus no beans or hash brown. Just eggs boiled fried and scrambled, toast, sliced cheese and meat slices. Plus...

"There was minimal contact with staff and very few directions or instructions for room access and other hotel features. The breakfast was mediocre at best. The lights in the hallways were almost always off. Had to use the mobile phone flashlight on one occasion."
