"Overall the stay was quite poor. Asked for an airport pick up and they never replied. Asked for some help to book a trip and reception said I need to talk activities guy who was never there. Omelette guy had never cooked an omelette, cooked on one side and raw on the other, before that it took him 10 min to get the pans working. Had problems with wifi and IT guy never came to my room. The only good thing about this place was the espresso."

"I loved everything! The staff, amenities, restaurants, outdoor seating, pool, everything was lovely. Can't wait to stay here again. Very spacious lobby and plenty of seating everywhere. Great location, easy to get to popular tourist spots and amazing restaurants."

"Worst Ramada hotel I have been too. The property has not be taken care of. The bathroom were mouldy. Bedroom had so many mosquitoes , when asked for an all out. They said they didn’t have any available. Considering all the all outs were being used by other rooms the owner knows their is problem. So why not get more all out and also get pest control. I have stayed at many Ramada hotels, this is definitely the worst one. This place is ruining Ramada’s reputation. the breakfast was below average."
