The hotel is within walking distance of shopping areas and eateries. The river is not far as well as the botanical gardens. Loved on site parking as we did not need our vehicle while staying. Would highly recommend for a stay in Christchurch. "

"We had a short but fun visit in Dyers house. I wish we could have stayed longer. Very welcoming and friendly atmosphere. The owners also told us about the Antarctic Center at Christchurch Airport which is definitely worth a visit."

"Great Hotel Right in the heart of Christchurch! The rooms are very modern and have everything you need. In addition to that, the rooms also have blinds, which really helps you to get a good night’s sleep. If you are an IHG member (free reward programme), you are eligible for a complimentary 2 p.m. late check-out, which was great as our flight was at 8 p.m., so we could stay in the hotel a bit longer. I would highly recommend this hotel!"

"We loved this Quest! Comfy bed, great sized room - updated and pristine condition - washer and separate dryer, easy (albeit small) parking and a quiet location. Staff was super friendly and welcoming. Check in was easy. Location is great - walkable to bars, restaurants, shopping, parks but separate enough to be quiet and low key when you need a break.
