The caravans are comfortable and the hot tub adds that special touch after a day of walking around places in North Wales. The restaurant is a must to visit, the food and service are top quality. "I arrived from London on the motorcycle and had a warm welcome with a lovely comfortable bed and a very good bathroom with a top class shower. Sadly I arrived too late for their delicious menu as the kitchen closes early on Sunday. But I will be back very soon as I have moved near Chester and Bala is only miles away. Highly recommended. "Room was clean, bed was really comfortable, slept really well,a little warm as radiators were on but a fan is provided, staff were really friendly, breakfast is excellent but the time slot of 07:30-09:30 is a little early, parking is really good with a roof above which stops any seagull mess👍…. Overall an excellent place to stay"

"The hotel was nice and comfortable and furnishings modern. the bed was extremely comfortable. The outside bar area overlooking the tidal estuary was lovely. We had an evening meal the first night of our stay that was delicious and reasonably priced. The location is great and extremely handy for public transport. The railways station is literally next door and that is how we travelled. Only a couple of things to be aware of, the access stairs to the upstairs rooms are narrow and extremely steep."
