"Beautiful place and amazing staff, but lots of ants in the room - in the toilet, on the desk, on the bed. Only espresso cups available in the room, no proper coffee cups. Thin walls. We can hear people laughing outside and in the next room. Bed sheets were dirty as well."

"This place is ideal if you are whole day away outside for tours and other businesses. I wont recommend this place if you will just stay inside all day long as their wifi is intermittent. Overall value for money is okay if you are in a tight budget exploring the city."

"Upon entering the room, I was immediately struck by a disappointing lack of cleanliness. The overall atmosphere made it clear that the space had not been properly cleaned before my arrival. The sheets were visibly dirty, failing to meet even basic hygiene standards. The bathroom was also in poor condition, appearing as though it had not been cleaned at all. For any longer stay, please be aware that there are no amenities, such as complementary water soap, shampoo, coffee, in the lake that usually come with higher end hotels. In fact, if you wanted a drink of fresh water, you had to take the cup out of the room to the hallway by the elevator and fill it up at a water fountain. Not too convenient!"
