"Adorable property!! A block away from the bridge to cross over to Siesta Key beach. 7-Eleven 4 minutes away to get ice, beach necessities. Didn't use the pool, but there is parking in front of the rooms. The room itself very comfortable, full kitchen you can cook and it has all items needed to make and serve a meal, full size fridge, good hvac unit to cool the room. "The two bedroom condo we stayed in was amazing! The bathrooms were huge and so were the showers with water coming from the ceiling of the shower, which I never experienced! Patrick, the Beach Attendant was very friendly and set up our lounge chairs and umbrellas. He also kept people that didn't stay at the hotel from setting up so our area of the beach was not crowded. "The Mermaid was perfect for us; clean, well equipped, great location to Siesta Key Beach (4-5 minute walk), heated pool, they supply beach chairs - umbrella - beach towels - wagon. It had everything you need. The Siesta Key Island Rental team were outstanding to deal with, from start to finish their communication was perfect. We will be back! "

"The Inn on Siesta Key was awesome. Paige and Gabe were friendly and always helpful and they provided everything you would need for the beach. The property was clean and well maintained. The beach is literally across the street with a 3 minute walk. We will definitely be coming back. "

"the property was very quiet and friendly. fast response from property manager. loved the amenities and the pool. nice workout place and bathrooms were very clean. the pool area had a kitchen and propane grills to cook in. loved it. I felt uncomfortable leaving the keys in the apartment and the apartment was left unlocked. Recommendation would be nice to lock the apartment and leave the key in the place where we obtained it from."
