"Clean and comfortable. Love the kitchenette and bigger than usual fridge. Only weird part about the room was the shower only had glass covering half the shower, no door or curtain for the other side. Originally we figured it's just a new style of shower, but the open part is where the shower head sprays and the shower head wouldn't adjust so it made a mess each time we showered. NOTE: There is parking at this property. The description says "No Parking" but that is incorrect."

"After a long day at the hospital we showed up late (12am) in the evening to check in to our reservation. Check in went pretty smooth besides the front desk person being preoccupied with her upset baby. When we opened the door to the room it was disgusting! Trash overflowing the cans onto the floor, dirty shoe prints in the bathroom and the bedding was balled up and thrown on the beds. We went down to the front desk and she informed us it was her last available room. We left and went to another hotel. I would have been a bit more understanding had we walked in and rented the room or had booked a few hours in advance (last minute). But we booked a couple days in advance! The lady at the desk was very apologetic, but there was nothing she could do. I'm not sure we will attempt staying at this property again. The hotel up the street was very accommodating to our last minute stay...."

"There is renovations going on at location. Temporary inconvenience but can be tolerated. Easy entrance to and from express Way i-25. "

"Both tvs and the cable and half of the lamps were unplugged. The AC unit in the living room sounded like it was grinding rocks every 20 min. So little sleep for us on 4/11 in room 215. We got into our room too late for the night to complain and attempt to get into another room :( "

"Booked a king bed room and when arrived was told that the room was not avaiable. Hotel charges an additional $15 per day for parking on thier property. Check out was supposed to be noon, at 7 am doors started slamming, at 8 am cleaning crew pounded on door, then again at 9 am. Restaurant was super expensive with mediocre food. $5 for regular black coffee. Out of soda and tea. Sausage was still frozen."

"We stayed there 3 nights. Classy wonderful hotel. Huge tasty fresh breakfast. We shared a Denver omelet, it was plenty for two. Staff are awesome. Bed so comfy. Clean and quiet rooms. Very pleased. "
