We think it is a great hotel the room we’re a good size and clean the staff are lovely great housekeeping nothing to much trouble we also had a problem with the electrics and with in 20 minutes the problem was sorted.Also the whole place is very quiet we would definitely stay again 😊

Liked my stay, very friendly staff. I had a slight electrical problem, but this was very quickly cured. The bathroom was good, but the shower pipework & sink taps would really look better with a polish up to make them shine.

We stayed at this resort in the first week of January. The resort is very well kept and clean. There are a couple of pools, the adult one which was extremely quiet, and there was another that families can go to. Both are lovely. There's a snack bar that has the most delicious mango smoothies! On our last night, we ate at the hotel restaurant and had both fantastic food and service. We highly recommend this hotel.

The Adult only hotel is linked to the hotel next to it. Check in and checkout is done next door at the Khaolak Bhandari Resort & Spa. This was a bit confusing at first. We arranged a departure transfer to HKT and waited at our hotel lobby. It was not explained we should have waited next door at the Khaolak Bhandari Resort. The shuttle left early and without us. The one reception staff on site was at a loss. Manager was not on duty yet. Without the help of a local contract driver the replacement ride may not have happened. Hotel breakfast was a 10/10. Room clean. Bed comfortable. Pool was excellent. Guest unfortunately allowed to smoke on decks. Staff attentive excluding the check out receptionist who needs more training. Location very close to beach and walking distance to main strip for restaurants, shopping, massage and bars. All in all it was a comfortable stay.

Booked a week at this hotel but checked out after one night, it’s dark, dingy, old looking and in need of refurbishment. We booked into the sentido Khao lak for the remaining 6 nights, far far superior hotel in every department

Schöne kleine Unterkunft, sehr schön gepflegt und man ist wie in einem kleinen Dschungel , zwar nicht direkt am Strand , aber sind nur 2 min Fußweg zum Nang Thong Strand, man ist einfach nur über die Straße gelaufen und man ist direkt am Meer . Lage auch sehr gut, alle Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants in maximal 5-10 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen, nur die Straße hoch und mann kommt direkt am Nang Thong Supermarkt raus, der so ziemlich in der Mitte des kleinen Ortes liegt. Das oriental liegt mit einem weiteren Hotel zusammen , wo man den Pool auch mitbenutzen kann . Die Zimmer bieten ausreichend Platz mit einer eigenen kleinen Terrasse die es auch mit Pool Zugang gibt . Einziges Manko ist so ein bisschen , das es nur einen kleinen Schrank gibt,wo es schwer wird alles unterzubringen wenn man länger da ist,das war für uns aber kein Problem. Gutes Frühstück, Auswahl zwar net riesig aber vollkommen ausreichend, kaffeevollautomat gibt es auch . In allem sehr zu empfehlen .

Das Badezimmer erfordert eine dringende Sanierung. Auch das Sofa im Zimmer sollte ausgetauscht werden. Es ist zu alt. Die Lichtschalter sollten einfacher zu handhaben sein.

Tähän hotelliin on aina mukava palata uudelleen. Henkilökunta ystävällistä ja avuliasta. Sijainti hyvä lähellä rantaa ja pienen matkan päässä ostoksista, rauhallinen. aamiainen monipuolinen ja hyvä. Ravintolassa hyvä palvelu ja maistuva ruoka. Hotellin kylpylässä hyvä hieronta. Kaiken puolin kiva paikka lomailuun.

Supert opphold

Veldig fint hotell. De ansatte var kjempe hyggelige, gode senger, god frokost, rolig atmosfære og et fint bassengområde. Hotellet ligger nært butikker og restauranter. Stranden rett ved hotellet hadde ikke solstoler, men man kunne gå lange turer langs stranden og ligge på håndkle. Var en fin Strand. Om man ville ha solstoler osv kunne man ta en tuk tuk rett utenfor hotellet til andre strender.

Hôtel très agréable. Nous avions une chambre très spacieuse donnant directement sur la piscine avec petite terrasse et deux transats. Petit déjeuner très varié et très bon. Personnel très disponible et accueillant. A 50 m de la plage avec petite rue tranquille à traverser. Je recommande

Wunderbarer Aufenthalt

Wir waren zum 3. Mal dort und dieses Mal nun im Oriental Parterre mit direktem Poolzugang. War super vom Schlafzimmer direkt in den Pool. Man ist jedoch je nach Lage etwas ausgestellt und die Terrasse ist etwas klein. Das nächste Mal würden wir uns wieder für einen Bungalow entscheiden. Wie immer ein super Frühstücksbuffet und sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Petsonal. Also immer gerne wieder!

Wir waren das zweite Mal dort, nach 2015, und es hat uns wieder gut gefallen. Es ist ein wenig was zu tun an der Anlage, aber da sind sie schon bei und gehen es nach und nach an. Frühstück top und Personal sehr freundlich. Pool Access Zimmer immer wieder gerne.

Viihtyisä ja vihreä allasalue. Lähellä merta. Erinomainen ja kohtelias palvelu. Aamiainen oli runsas ja maistuva, vaikkakin kanaa syömättömälle lämpimiä ruokia oli tarjolla niukasti. Huoneessa oli ikävän kosteaa, sateessa kastuneita vaatteita oli vaikea saada kuiviksi. Remontin tarvetta näkyvissä pinnoilla.
