Loacted at a stunningly beautiful beach where you can walk for miles. My room was spacious and had a big balcony. The hotel has a really nice pool area as well and at the beach very close by there are a couple of nice restaurants. I also liked the glass (no plastic!) water bottles provided in the room.

Grand place - great breakfast - but it is of course the staff who make the difference. They were all great but special mention for... Snow, Jenny & Bishnu at reception were absolutely excellent & particularly charming. Nat in the recreation department was beyond expectation. And Aun, Pong & King were all very helpful. Iwould also like to thank the entire restaurant and kitchen staff for their baking & sining!

Stunning and relaxed

We had a swim up pool room and it was well worth it. So nice to walk out of your room and straight into the pool !! Our room was about 50 metres walk to the beach through the resort which was amazing. The beach area has such a relaxed feel. It was so relaxing. We didn't want to leave !! On the beach are multiple local food and bar options. The local people were so nice with no pressure or stress. We will be back.

Bathroom windows dirty. Beds worn out. TV was not operable or only poorly when the remote control responded. No Smart TV offer like Netflix, Yotube or similar. Wifi reception in the gym not possible or only in certain places in the room. Transportation to the city only available to a limited extent.

Stayed in a premium pool access room on a b&b basis. Breakfast was plentiful. Loved the omelette station! Spent most days on the beach where pla & thep were able to find us beds at any time of day and their energy was always positive. Our pool was clean and lovely to chill out by after a long day at the beach. We saw they had themed nights where you could pay if you werent AI. Outside the hotel there are lots of restaurants to choose from and new ones being built. Would definitely come back to graceland!

Nous avons eu la surprise de loger dans une suite au lieu de la chambre réservée. Un endroit magnifique où règne la tranquillité. Des petits restaurants sont accessibles ,en plus de ceux de l'hôtel, à quelques mètres côté plage et côté rue. Le personnel est d'une grande gentillesse, le ménage est impeccable.

Flott hotell men det er dårlig med engelsk informasjon. Det går for det meste på fransk. Lite informasjon om hva som skjer rundt hotellet, sentrum eller matked ol. Høflig personell men sjåføren kjørte sykt fort og koffert hjulpet på min store koffert ble ødelagt. Fikk inger beskjed om dette fant dette ut når jeg pakket

Afslappende ophold

Vi havde et dejligt og afslappet ophold. Men der var en meget høj og irriterende hyletone, der gik op og ned i frekvens udenfor. Den var der fra morgen til aften… Vi gjorde opmærksom på den, men de fik den ikke fjernet. Resort’et trænger til lidt kærlig pleje, det er mere slidt end hvad billederne viser. Enkelte personaler havde også mistet lysten til at servicere gæster og var direkte ubehagelige. Kan anbefale værelserne med pool access og lækkert at hotellet ligger helt ned til stranden.

Super ophold i villa med privat pool

Dejligt ophold i Villa med privat pool - helt ugenert og meget tæt på stranden. Fuldstændig fantastisk ophold - vi havde meget glæde af poolen - meget venligt personale og super rengøring. Stranden er perfekt. Vi havde med morgenmad og den var også fin. Der er en hæveautomat og et godt supermarked lige uden for hotellet. Vi var opmærksomme på, at hotellet ligger noget øde, men fint for os. Ellers regn med 20 min kørsel til by/marked. Vælger du den store villa med pool ud mod stranden, så vær opmærksom på, du slet ikke er ugenert.

Sehr freundliche Bedienung. Speditiver Service beim Frühstück, obwohl das Hotel ausgebucht war. Unser Zimmer war phantastisch, nahe am Meer mit eigenem Pool. Sehr schöne Anlage insgesamt mit toller Gartenanlage, sehr gepflegt.
