The hotel is within walking distance of shopping areas and eateries. The river is not far as well as the botanical gardens. Loved on site parking as we did not need our vehicle while staying. Would highly recommend for a stay in Christchurch. "

"A great find in Christchurch - exceptionally clean and well-appointed apartment, and a host who clearly cares about his guest experience. Despite being on busy Bealey Ave, the rooms were incredibly quiet, which made for a great sleep. While this time was a very short trip to Christchurch, we'll be back again for a longer stay."

"Fantastic stay. Fire alarm went off early and a neighbour banged on our door like a nutter and accused us of setting the alarm off. We were all asleep at the time. Firemen told us somebody burnt their toast in a building next door. "

"The room was clean and tidy. Tea and coffee was well stacked. Amenities were just perfect. I would definitely stay there again. Check in was a bit strange as it was through intercom where we given our passcode which was new to us but fun (watching so many Korean dramas and seeing their door locks with passcodes and finally getting to use one was awesome lol)."
