Two weeks ago, I used Hotels.com to book two rooms: one for 2 adults and 2 children, and another for 2 adults. However, when we checked in at the LAI Hotel on December 27, the staff informed us that they do not have family rooms to accommodate 2 adults and 2 children. As a result, we were forced to add an extra bed to each of the two rooms (splitting into 2 adults + 1 child per room) and had to pay an additional USD 80. I believe Hotels.com should have verified the room capacity with the hotel before confirming the booking. This discrepancy caused us significant inconvenience and unexpected costs. I look forward to hearing how you intend to resolve this issue and compensate us for the additional charges.

房間滿大的，床墊枕頭也很舒適，乾淨整潔 備品是茶籽堂，以這個價格來說算是還行 不過晚班櫃檯頗糟，一個看起來比較資深的搭配像工讀生的學生 兩位男士入住一大床房，比較資深的竟說：兩位耶！一大床！？ （驚呼語氣） 我回說：是，櫃檯反說：沒有我只是想確認一下 所以只有男女情侶夫妻可以住一大床嗎？就是因為連住兩日，訂房網只剩大床房不然我要訂什麼房間才能符合櫃檯期待呢？ 再來是房內隔音 隔音奇差無比，不要不相信其他評論寫的 隔壁房聊天細節一清二楚，不說的話以為是木頭隔間，連打哈欠都知道 電視機跟學生宿舍的一樣大，前方還有一個超亮的藍燈整晚像北極星一樣發光，不得不爬起來把電視插頭拔掉，後面的電線也是亂收眼不見為淨的感覺 早餐就還不錯，品項以價位來看算多，也還不錯吃，服務人員就熱忱多了，也很積極補上食材

Nice to stay

frontdesk is professional and very nice to help us in the stay period, especially to thank Nina's help. there is a little far away the night market, it's better to have car to travel, parking lot is big, breakfast is pretty nice buffet, there is wash machine and dryer for business travel. good to stay!

角落位置的網速很慢

環境和早餐都很棒，但這次被安排到11樓角落位置，房間裡的wify只能說非常的慢，以一張照片400kb來說，要用line 傳出去給別人時，大約要20秒-30秒，只能走到電梯口附近，才能感受到網速有如閃電的快。電視頻道很多台都無法收看，都顯示頻道總表。

訂房時沒有特別說同層樓有活動，check in的時候也沒有，結果入住當天晚上就不斷聽到附近有人一直開關門，碰來碰去的聲音加上電子鎖門聲直到半夜，然後接著早上。 準備下樓退房時剛好看到一群人沒戴口罩的人全部從電梯中出來… 當下嚇到，想說全部人都沒戴口罩是怎樣 退房時順便問了櫃檯，是不是同住的樓層有迎娶活動才知道…反應完後，櫃檯回覆下次可以打電話通知櫃檯…然後就沒了。 說真的有活動飯店不會沒提前知道吧？ 如果有提前先通知同層旅客，我們也可以選擇住或不住！
