"The unit is on the bottom floor looking into the car park. While the windows do provide a bright area, there’s minimal privacy when blinds are open. The entry smelled of cigarette smoke and was dank/damp feeling. Older building but well kept. The check in instructions were unclear. Would’ve been much easier to send information and instructions via the app (Expedia) rather than sending a link with the house manual, which didn’t work multiple times. What door to access, and where to park were...

"The hotel is incredibly convenient to the Inverness airport. I arrived early evening & had an early departure the following morning. The airport was barely a 5 minute walk away, at over 80 I was worried about managing with my suitcase at 5AM. The night manager found a staff member who walked me and the suitcase up to the airport entrance. The restaurant staff were pleasant & helpful, and the food was good. Much better than most airport hotels I've stayed at."
