Hotel Conceriag was great. Room was spacious and clean. Service team did not do a good job since asled specifically to re-supply towels & no need to do room clean but it was still not get done. Had to ask again after we get back to the room in the evening.

The hotel to stay in Taichung

This has to be the Top choice should you be coming to Taichung. Excellent customer service and well furnished rooms. The breakfast buffet is one of the highlight of the stay. The hotel is in the prime location near to the railway station and the famous 宫源眼科 is just within walking distance nearby.

it definitely gets your money’s worth! The shower room is nice and clean. The swimming pool is quite small but is perfect for kids. The house keeping lady and reception staff are very kind. the only thing that is not so good is that the breakfast choices are the same during my 3-day stay.

Great hotel!

The staff in the concierge were very helpful to my short trip, all of whom were willing and took initiative in providing useful advice on where I should go. They helped with my planning and prioritizing my sightseeing spots within a short period of time. The suggestions of restaurants were amazing. Thanks a lot

Large and well decorated but some quirks

Very large rooms and well decorated, however even though hotel did not appear full would not allow early check-in. Also found some hairs in the bed and bathroom, but overall was very clean. The lighting was strange - with no separate bathroom controls which is inconvenient if need to use bathroom in the night.

Staff (reception, concierge, housekeeping) were very pleasant, attentive and professional. Breathtaking views from the room and gym. Super impressed with the well-equipped gym. Only qualm is that the toilets for gym needs to be accessed via key/ sensor. Have to keep going to the gym staff for the access key. Otherwise, quite the perfect stay.
