"Maintenance staff were not well trained !!! Got problem with TV n staff was not able to resolve the problem n gave silly reasons for unable to do it. Problem sorted out only when asked manager to look into the problem !!!!!!! Have been staying in Eaton for years n never encounter this before "

The restroom is uncomfortably small—you can’t sit properly, and your head nearly touches the wall. The ceiling fan looks dusty enough that you wouldn’t want to touch it. On the positive side, the staff are friendly and helpful. "

"My wife and I have stayed in this hotel for 6 times in the last two years whenever we come to Hong Kong. The hotel is located at a quiet area but only 2 minutes walk to the bus and tram stops, staffs are excellent, very helpful. The front desk representatives are very polite and cheerful. The managers Mr. Cheng and Billy are wonderful executives.
