"The Shilla Jeju is a truly excellent hotel, but what impressed me most wasnโ€™t the design or the facilities it was the staff. Every single team member was outstanding. Polite, attentive, and genuinely warm in a way that went well beyond what Iโ€™d expect. I travel often to Europe and the US and have stayed at many hotels along the way, but honestly the service here was better than anything Iโ€™ve experienced at hotels in either region. The management really should look after these people they absolutely deserve a raise. Hotels like this are only as good as the team running them, and Shilla Jeju has clearly got something special. Would happily return."
