Breakfast selection was good. The only thing i would have like to have was scrambled eggs not just hard boiled eggs but all in all loved the whole experience and would go back again. "

"It felt like a boarding house. No common area to sit on a couch and relax. Our window opened onto an air shaft and no view. Neighborhood parking is nonexistent so only stay if using Uber. The bed and bath were clean. However I would not stay there again."

"Great location! Munibus picks up right outside on Lombard st. Short walk to bay, grocery store and restaurants. 20 minutes roughly by bus to the wharf. Property and room was clean. No complaints."

"Overall okay, the main issue was that one of the other members throughout the night would just pass gas and talk in their sleep. Another person just changed right in the open. Place is clean though."

"The service was so slow, we would request items listed such as dental kit and they just forgot to give it to us. We waited for hours, and then no apology, similar thing happened when we asked for a kettle and for towels. House keeping frequently only gave us one fresh hotel. Rooms were not sound proof either, not an issue if you don’t mind noise of traffic and sirens. Location was good!"

"Great decor, close to the concert venue our son was going to. Parking was a bit difficult so we had to circle around a few times until the front desk guy came out and explained it was confusing. We appreciated him taking time off to explain how to find public parking since their parking lot was full. "

"Staff were so nice! The hotel was so vibey! Made for a great getting ready spot for our SF adventures. Perfect full length mirror and lighting. We’ll def be back!"

"Unfortunately we did not get a good nights rest. The sound barrier between rooms are super poor! The people above us kept us up all damn night. We could hear every foot steps taken and a bunch of other loud noises. We had to keep the tv and fan on to try to block the noises but that did not work. The rooms were ok cleanliness wise but could be better as far as updating the paint on the Walls and doors."
