Hotel was deplorable. Property was littered with cigarette butts. Workout room had slashed equipment, a filthy bathroom (including pee in the toilet), no paper towels, dirty floor, mirror and machines.
The room had 2 lights out in the bathroom. Toothpaste residue all over the faucet and sink. A shower that wouldn’t turn on and a shower head that was coming out of the wall.
The manager on duty was kind however oblivious to this being an issue. She offered to upgrade us to a different room and after looking at it, there was no way we could stay another minute.
The manager of the property has never attempted to contact me per my request and has not refunded our money. We were there for less than an hour and couldn’t do it. It felt dirty and all signs pointed to a bad experience. So we left.
It has been a week and a half later and the hotel is refusing to refund our money and done nothing to contact me.
DO NOT STAY HERE. Spend a few extra dollars and stay in Tacoma.
