Lobby & room were super clean and looked just like the pictures. Staff was friendly and helpful and let us check in an hour early. Parking garage was large and had many open spaces free for guests, and attached to the hotel which was very convenient! I would definitely stay again next time I’m in Tacoma.

It was a great stay. The staff were very helpful and polite. Only concern is that that area isn’t very safe for walking around and also the interesting spots are a bit farther away. If you’re driving or Ubering, this would be a great place to stay.
