And advised that we should not check in because there was no estimated time for the fix and the building was heating up substantially. Since we reserved the room through Expedia, the hotel guaranteed us a full refund upon contacting them. "Let me start off by saying it takes a LOT for me to write a bad review. The photos of this hotel are VERY deceiving. It is right by a huge casino which has lots of random people all around the surrounding area. It did not feel safe. There was even a mobile camera unit from a police department in the parking lot. "I didn’t like this hotel at all. It was very noisy at night, so it was hard to sleep. The kitchen didn’t even have a kettle, and the bathroom had no fan. The whole place had a very bad smell. The “breakfast” was disappointing too — only coffee and small cereal packets to take away. There was no proper breakfast, no fruit, no yogurt, and no other options. I would not stay here again."

"The room was clean, the bed sheets had 2 blue stains, not sure if from detergent they used to clean them. The staff was friendly and helpful. The property was clean and relaxed. The shower head needed some repairs to it, and the caulking on the shower needs to be replaced. Overall it was a good stay. Breakfast was good, and the parking situation was good."
