"We were created by a young man directly in front of the hotel. He gave us the information we needed as far as checking in, where to park the car. They allowed us 30 minutes to get checked in and move the across the street to the parking garage. The hotel rooms were very large and very clean. It has a rooftop bar with plenty of seating inside and outside. A great view of the river. All of the staff was very friendly. "It is such a wild little hotel. A nice combination of Hilton property but with an attitude. It has the amenities you would expect in a chain hotel, and also this amazing sound system, which is piped into the room. The music is a curated playlist and it's really good. The hotel itself in a renovated train station. It's in the arts section of town, which is small but charming."

"The gentleman working the front desk was rude and un knowing. When I complained about my shower not draining properly, he took it upon himself to say to me, Oh! You just want a new room huh? No just fixed sir. After fix, get in shower and the body wash dispenser was empty, lmao,Really. Nickel and Dime you for any and everything. Best part of my short stay, was the bed. It Was So Comfortable. lol."

"Even though the room was clean, it did have an odor. The TV came on but was frozen. Staff were all amazing on every shift. Breakfast was full continental. Eggs, sausage, pancakes, etc. It was probably the most quiet hotel I have been to in a long time, especially considering the part of town it's in. I was concerned when we arrived, but not upset when I left."

"The air conditioning leaked water and stop cooling the room no one came to get the water up and no one thought of us being guess getting to hot so room 162 was ok but unsatisfying to my last day"

"Parking was convenient and easy, breakfast was good. The staff were friendly and helpful. Location was great. Orphuem theater, beale street and the two stadiums are all within walking distance. The hotel gives you ear plugs ifvyou happen to be in rooms on the exterior close to beale street they work great. I never lost any sleep, and enjoyed the great music from next door while I was awake, when in the room orcthe hotel plaza."

"My third time staying! The only thing that keeps happening (all thre times) is that they wake people up early. Check out is at noon. There was a knock at the door right before 9. I could not get back to sleep. Is this done on purpose?"

"Good selection for breakfast. Room was very clean and comfortable. Bathroom was also clean and well maintained enough to take a bath. Staff were professional and friendly. Would stay again."

"The room was really cheap, so that was great. Because of the price, I have four stars instead of less. The room was clean and a good size. Bed was comfortable and AC worked well. However there was no trash can anywhere and the tub faucet leaked, leaving a strong bad smell in the room (damp smell). I got a text telling me to reply if I needed anything, which I did, and there was no response."

"Communication great, received messages about how to get in for my stay. Room clean tidy and had everything I needed for my stay. Was very grateful for the water when I arrived and appreciated the snacks that were left. Washing machine tumble dryer and ice machine available in out building. Lovely big tv and loved being able to play records when I arrived and getting packed to leave. Great stay!"
