Great hotel

Lovely stay in mid September. Large pool but cool. Very close to the sandy beach. It is a climb to some of the rooms.

Everything about my stay in Dolphin Bay Seaside Resort and Suites was perfect. The food and the restaurant are exceptionnally amazing. The room was clean and confortable. The staff is so nice, kind and sweet it felt like home. You can book with eyes closed. Will surely be back with my family!

Excellent place for families staying in Syros. Amazing location, right on the beach, fantastic views, lovely pool, plenty of loungers and a decent enough amount of eateries. One good bar on the corner for a game of pool at the end of the evening too!!

Excellent location, pool and slide are a complete hit with the kids. The only slight downside is that the pool bat closes at 6. Not sure if these hours increase for the summer though. Not an issue really as there are a lot of amazing restaurants around town.

Lovely stay in Galissa

Lovely hotel with big pool and a water slide. Very close to the beach. Mini market across the street and another 5 minutes walk away. We rented a car in Galissa, super easy and great service. Bus run about once an hour in high season to Ermoupoli, price 2 eur. Our room 108 was nice, aircondition didn’t work properly, but we managed. Wi-Fi was great. Pool towels is a nice touch. Breakfast was amazing.

Great family resort the pool and location of the beach was wonderful. Kids enjoyed free ice-cream and popcorn throughout the day. Pool service was pricey but there are many options very close by for food and drinks. Our room (family) was quite dated however we knew people in a single room and it was newly renovated and had great views.

Great for families!

Fantastic place for families. Great location, nice villas. Only problem is the pre-occupation of the sunbeds around the pool. Leaves the slow families with no sundbed.

Location is great but the hotel needs a makeover

The place has alot of potential - a great location. But it’s really not updated in interior and rooms are very worn/old with handles almost falling out, missing confortable furniture in the room and terrace - a daybed, sunchair or something like this would be great inside and in the terrace. Outside bamboo as roof over part of the terrace so there os shade during the warm hours and it also looks great. The staff at the reception esa not to fríendly and could not all speak and understand english. Nice smiling man at the breakfast chekin but a chaotic and noisy breakfast experience. The kids liked the pool and free popcorn and icecream. The beach is great. Dont miss a hike to Stefanos church in a beautiful cave a few hours trip in good shoes. Sorry to say but four stars is really overrated and thé price is to expensive for what you get.

Perfect for families with children

The staff at the hotel were really helpful and friendly and assisted us with any queries really quickly. The location of the hotel is absolutely perfect for those with children as there is a large pool with a slide, a permanent lifeguard who supervises really well and a fabulous sandy and clean beach next to this with a shallow bay which stretches out for 100s of metres. It is really easy to get around the island by bus or taxi and the buses are on time and efficient - it takes 20 mins to reach Ermopoulis the main town or Kini where there is a lovely beach and waterside restaurants. The children enjoyed watching films in the evening (even though they were in Greek), these were shown on a pull-down screen in the hotel bar/lobby and could play table tennis and cards etc in the lobby as well as computer game if they wanted to. The buffet was very busy, food quite basic but fine and wine, beer and soft drinks provided free of charge with the buffet. We want to go back as we had a fantastic holiday. The children could have free ice-cream and cocktail by the pool all day which went down extremely well!

A fuir sauf si maso...

Je n'ai pas pour habitude de mal noter des hôtels mais là, quelle déception : Chambre sombre. Impossible de garder la porte ouverte qui donnait directement sur le lit.... Eau non potable, salée, wi-fi absent dans la chambre (contrairement aux dires d'Internet), TV avec écran défectueux, salle de bain très étroite, lieux communs tristes avec une salle de restaurant digne d'un réfectoire d'école ! Sur 4 nuits passées 2 nuits blanches (mariage + rodéo motos). Accueil peu chaleureux. Piscine avec toboggan : j'attends toujours son fonctionnement. Quant à l'autre piscine, il faut y arriver avant 8 heures pour espérer pouvoir se poser.... Seul point positif : le petit déjeuner Bref cet étoile ne peut pas être un 4 étoiles comme indiqué sur le site.

Delphine Bay is een groot hotel tegen een heuvel gebouwd.De kamers zijn groot, de badkamer is verouderd.Het ontbijt is gevarieerd.Er is een zwembad, maar dat is eigenlijk te klein voor het grote aantal gasten. Het ligt aan een mooi strand,waar de ligbedden betalend zijn:20€ per dag voor een stel.
